Your personal data (name, phone, email, Telegram) is never sold to third parties, rented out, or used for advertising. Full stop.
Only what's needed
We only collect data required to run volunteering: your name, your events, and your verified hours. Nothing extra.
You're in control
You choose whether your profile is public or private. Without consent, your name is shown shortened, and your phone/email are never visible.
Phone and email stay private
Your phone number, email, and Telegram are never shown on your public profile or to other users.
Secure storage
Data is stored on protected servers (Supabase) and transmitted over HTTPS. Sign-in is passwordless — via Telegram — so your password can't be stolen.
Minors
Volunteers under 18 require guardian consent. Their data is protected with extra care.
Right to deletion
If you leave the team, your profile is archived. On request, your data will be fully anonymized or deleted.
Telegram bot
The bot stores your chat ID only to send you notifications — it doesn't read or store your messages.
